Because this is an evaporative cooler, when using the unit, moisture will be added to the air causing humidity. Pads are inspected on before and on delivery. Any damage to the pads is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement pads are $150.00 plus tax. Extension cords and hoses are available for rent at an additional charge.
